I was introduced to #TheProgram through means of an introduction to Strauss during college while seeking career advice
How has #TheProgram changed your fitness goals/ life in NYC? What does #TheProgram mean to you?
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to transition almost immediately from collegiate soccer to #TheProgram, never having to deal with the dreaded post-college, solo work out routine, and looking back a hundred 5am wakeups later, I couldn’t be happier. #TheProgram has offered a likeminded crew of individuals that I’m fortunate to call some of my closest friends and mentors. 6am workouts have been one of the constants in my “adult” life, and I’m grateful to Strauss and the team for the opportunity to #Showup.
What is your one top fitness lifestyle tip?
I want to be able to walk away from any situation being able to saying “I gave my everything, and there wasn’t anything else I could do” – this also applies to fitness and health – show up and do whatever you can to maximize your intentions. Also, shirts are always optional.
