What do you do for work?: Currently a lead analyst for the Internet, Media, and Video Game sectors at a long/short equity hedge fund.
How did you come to be part of #TheProgram?: Met Strauss at a video game conference; some time later he brought me to a turf HIIT workout where I nearly died and I’ve been a part of #TheProgram ever since.
How has #TheProgram changed your fitness goals/ life in NYC? What does #TheProgram mean to you?: #TheProgram has helped me prioritize goals outside of fitness: the discipline required to wake up at 5am during the week to make a workout trickles its way into other facets of life. I’ve also become close friends with several members of #TheProgram over the years. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other; the whole group means a lot to me.
What is your one top fitness lifestyle tip?: My top tip: mix it up! The best athletes lift, run, practice yoga, box, swim—they do it all!
