Cooper Jones

Cooper Jones-26-Chicago, IL-Moved to New York in 2015 to initially pursue a career in consulting.

Previous sports or athletic experience: I am actively training for my first 70.3 Ironman, participate half marathons around the city as well as play in a few different lacrosse leagues around the city when time permits.

What do you do for work? I am one of the Co-Founder’s & CEO at Rah Rah (Higher Education Technology Company). Before Rah Rah I was working for Accenture in their Strategy Group

How did you come to be part of  #TheProgram? I was introduced to #TheProgram by fellow member, David Robinson, in May of 2018. Since then I have been fortunate to experience and love everything it provides, particularly the camaraderie amongst the team.

How has #TheProgram changed your fitness goals/ life in NYC? What does #TheProgram mean to you? Ever since joining #TheProgram I have been able to witness what it means to commit to a balanced and wellness focused lifestyle. Through these observations has come a lot of progress in my own goals both personally and professionally. To me #TheProgram is simply a commitment to yourself and the others involved that you are willing to show up and push your limits on a day to day basis.

What is your one top fitness lifestyle tip? Seek balance and don’t be afraid to challenge yourself!

Anything else we should know about you? I try to set three simple goals each day…wake up happy, go to bed happy and do my best to navigate what happens in-between.
