How has #TheProgram changed your fitness goals/ life in NYC? What does #TheProgram mean to you?: #TheProgram has brought a lot more focus, motivation and fun into my fitness routine.  My favorite part of high school and college sports was being part of a team… and #TheProgram brings the sense of camaraderie, positivity and accountability that comes from being ‘on the team

What is your one top fitness lifestyle tip?: Do it first… mix it up to avoid the rut… and sign up for something that pushes your limits.  If it doesn’t make you nervous, you’re not going far enough
